A simple inclusion bar that is beautiful in its apparent minimalism, but quite complicated in its execution.

Nat loved the roasty and nutty flavor of the chocolate made from these special Dong Nai beans and wanted to really dial in on that flavor. She decided hazelnuts for that classic European hazelnut and chocolate combination, but because she enjoys adding her own distinctive flair to her chocolates, Nat decided - why not coconut butter as well? It was a good move, to be sure. Note: since it's quite difficult for Nat to source these beans, these are in extreme limited supply. Get it while you can!
Production process: Roasting/winnowing/grinding and formulating dark chocolate; roasting and grinding hazelnut into butter; making coconut butter; tempering and blending bar components; or, five pours and three days production to achieve finally product.
