This vibrant bar represents a blend of my Florida roots (that’s the sherbet) and my favorite Thai puckery after school snack — salted plums. I get an 80s vibe off this bar because that’s when I was plucked from Bangkok to Miami (pink and green color palette too, hellooo) and plunged into the horrors of American seventh grade which somehow landed me on the soundtrack of Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Anyway, there you have it: Salt Plum High.
